Handmade Early 1920's 4-Pocket Fully-Lined Knit Jersey Jacket
A Cruvoir, Los Angeles USA and North American Exclusive Item. This super limited edition RSWJ06 handmade jacket design is one of only 2 pieces of its kind made by hand in the world.
The design was created specially for the SS2016 “Examen Reginae” collection. It was created from an original early 1920’s self-lined long cardigan knit jacket pattern with flower designed to be worn with matching RSWG05 low-waist pleated skirt from extensive tailoring research, and cut using Italian Varese pure cotton knit jersey fabric, then specially dyed by hand in Geoffrey B. Small studios using a process that requires over 8 hours of specialized work to achieve its unique effects and special hand dyed Dark patina. The design also features special detachable rose flower accessory pin made by hand using luxury pure Como silk and special covered buttons made by hand in the workroom in Cavarzere in pure cotton knit jersey.
Variations in color and color density are not imperfections or irregularities, but specific characteristics of the special fabric, and hand making technique. Please treat buttons and flower with extreme care. We recommend professional clean only or hand wash cold water and protecting buttons and flower with foil or plastic wrap when washing.
